Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Draft HR policies, letters, and documentation.
- Handle queries related to HR processes and act as a bridge between management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Assist with performance management cycles and appraisal processes.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 02 years of HR experience (internship/fresher with strong interest in HR can apply).
- Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
