Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across industries such as manufacturing, BFSI, government, education, retail, and healthcare.
- Pitch end-to-end solutions including CCTV surveillance, access control, video management systems (VMS), NVRs/DVRs, structured cabling, and networking infrastructure.
- Drive full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to RFP/RFQ responses, technical proposal submission, pricing, negotiation, and closure.

Solution Selling:

- Understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions by coordinating with pre-sales, engineering, and OEM partners.
- Present value propositions and ROI-driven presentations to CXOs, IT Heads, Facility Managers, and Procurement Heads.
- Stay up to date with technology trends in physical security, cloud storage, video analytics, and cybersecurity.

Client & Partner Management:

- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with OEMs (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, HP, Dell, Ubiquiti) for product positioning and project support.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Maintain CRM updates, prepare sales dashboards, and report on monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve market share.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 58 years of B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure, surveillance systems, or system integration.
- Proven ability to handle complex solution sales with large enterprise/government clients.
- Familiarity with tendering processes, BOQs, project execution cycles, and technical documentation.

Skills Required:

- Strong technical understanding of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, access control, LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and UPS/power systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and large ticket-size projects.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
