Iintegrated Logistics Support Senior System Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a IIntegrated Logistics Support Senior System Engineer to join its office in Mumbai within the Electronics and System Engineering Division Mission Join RINA Consulting Private Limited OSIN as an Integrated Logistic Support ILS Engineer and contribute to critical ILS projects supporting leading aerospace and defence stakeholders You will help ensure operational readiness and lifecycle supportability by developing robust configuration management systems maintenance procedures and supportability planning documents This role offers a great opportunity to grow your expertise in Defence Space sectors while working closely with OEM manuals and standards Key Accountabilities Develop and maintain configuration management processes including documentation of spares consumables tools and manpower requirements Create review and update maintenance procedures and instructions ensuring compliance with OEM manuals and industry standards Develop Supportability Planning Criteria SPCs based on Integrated Logistic Support principles aligning with OEM documentation and specifications Support the preparation of logistic product plans and specifications encompassing reliability availability maintainability RAM and safety requirements Perform Logistics Support Analysis LSA throughout the product lifecycle covering maintenance planning spares provisioning and supportability assessments Define and manage product service breakdown structures including classification identification and coding of configuration elements hardware software documentation Conduct Reliability Availability Maintainability and Testability RAMT analyses to inform support strategies Evaluate and validate product security risks and ensure security requirements are incorporated into ILS documentation Education Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Qualifications Familiarity with S-Series specifications e g S1000D S2000M S3000L is highly desirable Knowledge of MIL-STD-1388 or equivalent ILS standards is preferred Strong planning and organizational skills attention to detail and adaptability Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work under guidance in a dynamic environment Competencies ADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way BUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organization CLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs expectations and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction EARN TRUST - Take everyone s opinion into account and remain open to diversity MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities actions resources and constraint MANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one s and other s emotions and express and regulate one s reactions PIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model THINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy marine certification infrastructure mobility industry research development sectors Our business model covers the full process of project development from concept to completion At RINA we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas We provide equal employment opportunities and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and safe from discrimination or harassment of any kind We are also compliant to the Italian Law n 68 99
