We Are Looking For-

We are seeking an experienced OA (Office asset) Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our organizations IT infrastructure and office systems. The OA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and networking resources, providing technical support, and contributing to process automation and system efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain office automation systems including email, collaboration tools, and productivity applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Monitor and support local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), VPNs, and remote desktop environments.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company IT policies.
  • Document technical processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or OA engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common office automation tools.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Experience with remote desktop solutions and IT ticketing systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
