Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end business development for workplace interior fitout, design and build fit out project & Basebuild, green field projects i.e. prospecting via cold call, LinkedIn, setting up meetings, presentation of company's capabilities, demonstrating solutions, negotiation, closing the sale and billing.
Researching organizations, Competition scan for international property consultant, Property consultants, Interior Design and Build firms
Connecting with third party corporate advisors such as IPCs and Local commercial leasing agency for Leads and collaboration.
Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.

Must-To have: Experience in sales, marketing, or related field. Real Estate / IPC / Architects / Fitout Industry suppliers experience is Preferred.
Job Description
Business development in Interiors & Design & Build industry is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and networking skills is a must.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Client Management, proposals, Client's data base.
25% domain Experience & 75% of marketing experience is expected Key skills
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field. (Engineering / B.Arch. background could be added advantage but not a limiting factor.)
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
