Billing Support Representative

Toast's growing Billing Operations Team is seeking a motivated professional to serve as the Billing Operations Representative. This is a challenging role that requires problem-solving and action complex Billing transactions. This role will involve significant interaction with customers as well as internal partners including Business Operations, Business Systems, Product, etc. In this role, you will have the opportunity to streamline internal billing processes in collaboration with key stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous build-up of a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities : - Consistently meet strict deadlines related to month-end close - Accurately prepare, post, and deliver customer transactions in accordance to company policies and processes - Timely responses to steady inbound volume of cases or inquiries - Work cross functionally with various partners to ensure proper billing process is followed for customers - Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement efficiencies in the billing process. - Ad hoc projects as necessary Qualifications (Requirements) - We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. - B.com or graduation related to Finance and 2 to 7 years of relevant experience - Experience in Order to Billing, cash apps/OTC/O2C - Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization - Strong technical aptitude or are curious with a desire to learn and adapt quickly - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confidence prioritizing and making time sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and strong sense of urgency - Relentless problem-solver Bonus Skills: Nice to have - Prior experience with Netsuite, SalesForce, of other similar SaaS- based ERP and CRM systems - Knowledge of Billing/Cash apps/Accounting practices - Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance a plus Job Details Work Timings: 2pm - 11pm IST (Hybrid) AI at Toast At Toast we're Hungry to Build and Learn.
