We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedBilling Representativeto join our OptumRx RCM Infusion team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. The ideal candidate will havea solid background in accounts receivable and billing processes, and must be willing to work onsite at our Noida location.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Process and submit accurate billing claims in accordance with payer requirements and internal policies
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of billing issues
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with audit and regulatory standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing
- Participate in process improvement initiatives (time and motion studies and related activities) to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with 6+ months in a billing process
- Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and billing workflows
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and written communication (email and documentation)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience inaccounts receivables,infusion billing
- Familiarity with billing systems and tools
