Company Description

Our client brings people together to create better policies for the future of water. They represent and work with the major water and wastewater service providers. It is established in 2015 in the field of environmental services with Water and Wastewater Management. Their service includes Operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), installation of Sewage treatment plant (STP) and Water treatment plant (WTP). Our customers are residential apartments, commercial malls, Office buildings, Hotels etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager located on-site in Jalahalli West,

BANGALORE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing and guiding sales teams to achieve targets, conducting market analysis to inform sales strategies, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be required to prepare sales reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications

- Leadership, Team Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
- 2-3 years experience in Water & Waste Water Management.
- Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, and Strategic Planning skills
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience and knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
