Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Sales Executive located in Noida. The Telecaller Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, following up on sales inquiries, providing product information, managing customer interactions, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance sales processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools
- Ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
