Role Overview Welcome students on their purchased Super Coaching program over phone calls and help enhance their learning experience after the purchase. Provide a thorough product demo and guide them on accessing their study materials, including notes, live classes, practice tests, etc. Address and resolve product-related queries, update records, and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential. Responsibilities - Onboard students to the Super Coaching program via phone calls and improve their post-purchase learning experience. - Guide students on how to access their study materials such as study notes, live classes, and practice tests. - Resolve any product-related queries from students. - Update records and use a CRM system. - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good in Hindi and English
