About The Opportunity

Were seeking a Public Relations Manager to amplify our clients voices and elevate our agencys PR excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand reputation across traditional and digital channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with national and regional media; pitch stories, secure interviews, and coordinate press coverage.
- Write and edit press releases, bylined articles, executive speeches, and thought-leadership content aligned with client objectives.
- Plan and manage events, press conferences, and media briefings, ensuring flawless execution and maximum media visibility.
- Monitor media coverage and key PR metrics; prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for clients and leadership.
- Lead and mentor junior PR associates; collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and design teams for integrated campaign delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of agency-side PR or communications experience with a proven track record in media relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling ability.
- Established network of media contacts across print, broadcast, and online outlets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and high-pressure situations.

Preferred

- Experience in brand consultancy or integrated communications environments.
- Familiarity with digital PR tactics, influencer outreach, and social media amplification.
- Proficiency with PR analytics and media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).
