About The Opportunity

We are a toptier player in the Marketing & Communications sector, specializing in brand storytelling and integrated public relations solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. Our mission is to craft compelling narratives that drive visibility, build trust, and enhance market presence across traditional and digital channels.

As we expand our footprint across India, were seeking a dynamic PR Manager to join our on-site team and spearhead strategic communication initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, thought leadership articles, and executive communications.
- Manage crisis communication plansanticipate issues, prepare statements, and lead real-time media responses.
- Coordinate press events, product launches, media briefings, and stakeholder panels to maximize coverage and engagement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members; oversee budgets, performance metrics, and campaign ROI analytics.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on PR experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven track record managing media relations and securing high-impact coverage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling ability.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills; able to coach teams and manage multiple projects on-site.

Preferred

- Experience within a brand consultancy or integrated communications firm.
- Familiarity with digital PR, social media amplification techniques, and influencer outreach.
- Exposure to global campaigns and multicultural stakeholder engagement.
- Crisis simulation and mediatraining facilitation experience.
