We are seeking a Project Assistant (Subject Matter Expert) to support our project management team in India. The successful candidate will assist in project coordination, communication, and research activities, providing subject matter expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist project teams in executing project plans and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and gather data relevant to project objectives.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise to guide project decisions and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline).
- 1-5 years of experience in project management or assistance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
