Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Washing Manager located in Sonipath . The Washing Manager will oversee all washing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Key responsibilities include managing washing processes for garments, coordinating with the production team, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Timely communication with stakeholders and problem-solving is also an integral part of this role. Qualifications - Strong understanding of garment washing processes, chemicals, and techniques - Experience in quality control and production scheduling - Skills in team management and staff supervision - Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in washing operations - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to troubleshoot washing machine and equipment issues - Relevant industry experience is required; a degree in textile or garment production is a plus
