for Process Trainer Training Lead A key member of training team primarily focused on enhancing the competencies of individual employees by designing conducting training programs that will boost employee workplace performance in alliance with company s core values Process Trainer Training Lead is responsible for performing training needs analysis design and deliver curriculums or training materials and for managing all phases of training interventions Responsibilities Project Transitions Management Identify Training Needs Plan the training curriculums interventions that groom employees for the next steps of their career path Training Delivery of domain modules to enhance domain capability of teams in Banking domain Content Development on need basis develop or oversee instructional materials aids and standard operating procedures Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure relevance Timely reporting of training activities Stay updated with the trends tools skills which are useful in employee development Requirements Should have Banking training background BPO Strong domain knowledge of Banking Fraud Investigations Dispute Resolutions Excellent written and verbal communication Prior work experience in Banking processes is preferable Experience in facilitation training delivery Familiarity with content development Proficiency in MS office tools Collaborative Skills and strong stakeholder management Willingness to work in any shift
