Role Overview

The Presales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team bytranslating client requirements into tailored IT SaaS solutions, creating compelling presentations, and ensuring smooth coordination between business development, product, and technical teams. This role requires a strong blend oftechnical understanding, solution consulting, and client-facing skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Requirement Analysis

- Work with the sales team to understand client business needs and pain points.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and create solution design documents.
- Map client requirements to IMAST SaaS solutions (DMS, SFA, Loyalty, Service Management, etc.).

Solution Designing & Presentation

- Create and deliverpresentations, proposals, and demostailored to client use cases.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to ensure accurate solution alignment.
- Highlight product differentiators and value propositions to prospective clients.

Proposal & RFP Management

- Draft detailedRFP responses, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Define solution architecture, workflows, and high-level implementation plans.
- Estimate resources and timelines in collaboration with internal teams.

Sales Enablement & Support

- Train and support business development executives with solution knowledge.
- Assist in preparing business cases, ROI models, and competitive analysis.
- Act as thebridge between clients, sales, and product/tech teamsduring the pre-sales cycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with thedelivery and implementation teamfor smooth project handover.
- Provide inputs to theproduct teamfor enhancements based on market feedback.
- Participate in client workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding ofSaaS solutions, CRM, DMS, SFA, Loyalty, and IT applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability totranslate business problems into IT solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing solution documents, proposals, and demo scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT, Rewards).

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration.
- MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / SaaS Sales support.
- Freshers can also apply if passionate for IT sales
- Exposure toB2B enterprise SaaS solutionsis highly desirable.
