We're Hiring: Zonal Business Manager - Lucknow & Raipur

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Zonal Business Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across India. If you have proven experience in the mobile accessories or electronics appliances sector, can design and execute dynamic sales strategies, expand distribution networks, and lead high-performing sales teams - we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal targets.

- Lead and manage regional/state sales teams to drive performance.

- Expand and strengthen the distributor/dealer network across India.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.

- Ensure alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for regional campaigns.

- Recruit, train, and mentor field staff for continuous performance improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile accessories/electronics appliances sector.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing zonal operations.
