THE ROLE We are seeking experienced and motivated Temenos Transact Arrangement Architecture (AA) Developers to design, develop, and implement AA-based banking products and lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities - Analyze, code, and perform unit testing. - Conduct functional testing and automation activities. - Adhere to standard development practices and procedures (SAFE), following defined coding standards throughout the development phase. - Collaborate in technical analysis with other teams, consultants, architects, and analysts (in-house, external, onshore, and offshore). - Work independently and collaboratively with teams and clients. Required Skills - Minimum 8 to 14 years of experience in Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) covering Accounts, Deposits, and Lending. - Proficiency in JBC coding. - Experience in SEAT and Cypress scripting. - Strong client-facing skills, teamwork, and interpersonal communication abilities. - In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply Temenos Implementation Methodology (SAFE). - Ability to contribute to code reusability and maintainability in line with product and project objectives. - Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, within the role's scope and professional capacity. - Capability to mentor, guide, and support team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
