Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our E-commerce warehouse team. As a key member of the Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities - Inventory Management - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. - Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities. - Identify variances and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and movement of inventory. - Warehouse Operations - Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch. - Ensure timely order fulfillment as per service-level agreements (SLAs). - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage workload and meet operational targets. - Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs and operational guidelines. - Quality Control - Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product quality and accuracy. - Implement quality checks at various stages of warehouse operations. - Report any damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and ensure corrective actions. - Maintain documentation for audits and compliance. - Communication & Coordination - Communicate effectively with internal teams, transport partners, and Amazon operations teams. - Escalate operational challenges promptly and provide actionable solutions. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. - Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Essential Skills - Strong knowledge of warehouse and e-commerce operations. - Proficiency in inventory management systems/WMS. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Education & Experience - Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain Management). - 13 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment. Work Environment - Location: Amazon HB Warehouse (AHMDB6), Kheda, Ahmedabad - Rotational shifts may be applicable as per operational requirements. - Physical activity such as walking, lifting, and standing may be required.
