Job Description Sales Trainee (Founder Led Academic Counselling Training) (100% Remote – Hiring Freshers) We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales Trainee in a fully remote role. This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in sales. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position—we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our admissions process. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset. Compensation & Training : - Training Period: 30-90 days (online) - Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR - Post-Training: Upon successful completion - Full-time Salary: ₹65,000 INR per month (30-40k Fixed + Incentives) - Work from the comfort of your home—this is a 100% remote opportunity Responsibilities : - Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources. - Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs. - Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions. - Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
