Job Description

What is the expectation of the candidate's current role/profile

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineer or Server Admin role.
- Experience in Managing windows server infrastructure with Active Directory, GPO and DNS Management.
- Experience with Patch management solutions like SCCM, WSUS, Intune.
- Experience with VMware virtualization management.
- Experience with Exchange Management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or Ansible.
- Knowledge of M365 tools, and Azure Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Networking- Switches, routers and firewall.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using infrastructure tools.
- Knowledge in public clouds (Azure or AWS) and basic administration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with local and remote teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with change management and ITSM.
- Familiarity with automation and configuration tools such as Ansible.
