Job Overview

The Executive Administration HR at Sarva Foam Industries Ltd. will play a key role in supporting the human resources department and management team with administrative coordination. This junior-level, full-time position is based in Bhopal, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative roles that ensure the smooth running of HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proficiency in office administration including managing day-to-day activities to ensure efficient departmental operations (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in attendance management and tracking to support workforce analytics and payroll processes (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to perform routine data management tasks (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to effectively coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth departmental supplies and services.
- Experience in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment data.
- Expertise in document management to handle confidential personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Skill in inventory management to maintain organizational supplies and keep track of departmental resources effectively.
- Capability in scheduling and calendar management, providing support in organizing meetings and planning events.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with company goals.
- Manage employee attendance records diligently, supporting payroll and HR reporting functions accurately.
- Coordinate recruitment processes by organizing interviews, securing feedback, and managing related communications.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies inventory, ensuring all resources are available to support HR and administrative functions.
- Facilitate communication between the HR department, management, and employees, ensuring clear information flow and policy understanding.
- Prepare, process, and maintain sensitive employee records that adhere to company policies and governance regulations.
- Support company events and meetings by handling logistics and scheduling, ensuring effective execution of organizational gatherings.
- Assist in vendor-related communications, ensuring business agreements are followed and services provided align with company needs.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
