Job Details Role HR Executive Recruitment HR Administration Job Location Koregaon Park Pune Year of Experience 1-2 Years Education Background MBA - HRRole Summary - Recruitment Requirement gathering preparing job descriptions and posting openings Assisting with consultancies sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals interview scheduling salary negotiations etc Conduct college campus drives single handed Handle pre-employment formalities such as background checks and offer letter preparation Maintain and update the candidate database Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process HR Administration Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist in onboarding new employees including preparing induction plans and conducting orientation sessions Manage day-to-day HR admin responsibilities update company policies and create new policies Conduct exit formalities Analyzing data to identify trends and suggest improvements in HR processes Should have experience in handling HRMS tools like KEKA ZOHO Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events on monthly and quarterly basis Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation Qualifications and Skills Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws is a plus Selection Process- Once the CV is shortlisted the selection process will be the following1st-Telephonic Virtual F2F 2th HR round
