About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Executive HR to support our HR and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of HR processes, and eagerness to learn and grow. Along with recruitment, the candidate will also get hands-on exposure to HR operations and employer branding through social media.
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Executive HR to join our team at Cloudzest.

Location: Goregoan, Mumbai
Experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Post engaging content on company social media platforms to strengthen employer branding.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day coordination.
- Assist in other HR operations as required to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure seamless HR processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR/recruitment (preferred in IT industry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong social media understanding for posting and engagement.
