This position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in HR, particularly in bulk sourcing and recruitment. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. - Manage bulk sourcing of candidates through various channels to meet hiring needs. - Support onboarding processes for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. - Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation and reporting. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes. Qualifications And Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and bulk sourcing. - Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
