Key Responsibilities - Manage and update OTA listings (Booking.com, Agoda, Hostelworld, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, etc.) including descriptions, images, amenities, and promotions. - Monitor competitor pricing, demand trends, and market conditions to adjust rates and inventory dynamically. - Implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. - Ensure rate parity across OTAs, brand website, and direct booking channels. - Track OTA performance reports and provide insights on booking trends, cancellations, and customer behavior. - Coordinate with marketing to push seasonal offers, discounts, and campaigns. - Resolve discrepancies, mapping errors, or listing issues with OTA account managers. - Optimize property visibility on OTA platforms through ranking improvements, reviews, and response management. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers (e.g., Staah, SiteMinder, RateTiger). - Understanding of revenue management concepts and hotel pricing strategies. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret booking trends and market data. - Attention to detail and accuracy in OTA listings and rate updates. - Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and OTA partners. - Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel PMS systems is an advantage. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or hotel distribution. - Experience in hostels/hotels/resorts preferred.
