The Hotel Tele Caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, following call scripts, identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives. The role involves taking reservations, providing assistance about room availability, booking modifications, handling guest inquiries, and offering excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.QualificationsClear and professional verbal communication skills, active listening, and strong telephone etiquetteCustomer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to handle difficult situations with patience and tactBasic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with reservation software/systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectivelyPrevious experience in a customer-facing role, hospitality industry experience is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
