Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tele-Caller, located on-site in Bhavnagar. The
Tele-Caller
will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls, providing information to customers and clients, handling inquiries, and managing follow-ups. Also collect the information by the site visiting. Additionally, the
Tele-Caller
will maintain call logs and records, update databases, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proficient in managing telephone calls and customer inquiries
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with database management
  • Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain call logs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service orientation and ability to remain professional and courteous
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
