**Job summary**:The major role for tele caller will interact with both potential and current customers via phone. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering information about our products and services. **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute successful call scripts and sales tactics.
- Examine call data and performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Handle customer issues and complex inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with jewelers’ policies and procedures.
- Lead, manager and setting clear objectives and goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ year of Significant experience in tele calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
