Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering information about our products and services. **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute successful call scripts and sales tactics.
- Examine call data and performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Handle customer issues and complex inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with jewelers’ policies and procedures.
- Lead, manager and setting clear objectives and goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ year of Significant experience in tele calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
