Job Description

- Own and drive sales targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AoP), while continuously optimizing incentive structures for employees, partners, and affiliates to reduce overall costs.
- Ensure a diverse and predictable demand pipeline by expanding and diversifying sales channels, while monitoring the competitive landscape and market offerings.
- Motivate and manage sales teams by implementing effective performance frameworks; establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher-margin customers.

Required Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience in consumer lending or field sales-led organizations.
- 5-7 years of experience as an individual contributor handling direct sales.
- Experience leading field sales teams selling direct-to-consumer loan or credit products is a strong advantage.
- Background in Financial Services (excluding banks), B2C, or Fintech industries (both B2C and B2B) preferred.
- Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
