Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their requirements.
- Pitch products/services effectively to prospects and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel (cold to warm to hot leads).
- Generate appointments/demos for the field sales or account management teams (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up diligently on leads to maximize conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle objections confidently.
- Proficient in using CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
