Job Description Role description APosition Overview Position Title Key Account Manager Bancassurance Department Banca FSO Management UBI Level/ Band 601/AVP Role Summary: .Team & Benchmark productivity mgt through partner/s for the defined region .Influence partners for mindshare, product mix & business thereof .Assist partner thru Contest design, training, manpower, other support, etc .Influence TALIC on for large scale contest rollouts .MIS & Operations Mgt B Organizational Relationships Reports To Vice President & National Account Head Supervises Zone Sales Managers/Regional Sales Managers/ Area Sales Managers C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered 1 - 3 Key partner & 2 - 3 Retail Accounts Stakeholders Internal Operations, Channel Marketing, L & C, F& A External Channel Partners D Key Result Areas .Team & Benchmark productivity mgt through partner/s for the defined region .Influence partners for mindshare, product mix & business thereof .Assist partner thru Contest design, training, manpower, other support, etc .Influence TALIC on for large scale contest rollouts .MIS & Operations Mgt .Own-up the risk of the function by developing a risk aware culture through participation in measurement, analysis and mitigation of risks associated with the respective function. This includes development of risk response processes, participation in contingency and business continuity programs and reporting of emerging risks with potential impacts. Also respond to risks highlighted by employees through formal / informal mechanisms and advice on various risk management issues within the organization and provide feedback. Participate in implementing risk mitigation plan through optimum resource allocation, monitoring and reporting on status.
