Helpdesk Coordinator- Mumbai (Andheri)

SK International is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. Job Description-

we are looking for helpdesk coordinator who has good knowledge of service ticketing tool and strong follow-up with effective communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

First point of contact for issue logging for IT services.

Handling telephonic calls of users.

Call logging in service desk tools and assigning to respective engineer.

Coordinate activities with PAN India desktop support team.

Follow-up with user, vendor and internal team till the closer of call in system.

Vendor management for IT assets.

Escalation with respective team as per SLA / escalation matrix.

Generate periodic reports from Service Desk tool for MIS purpose.

Managing the team attendance and sharing report with the client on daily basis.

Updating the Service desk tool for IT assets.

Requirement-

Good Hindi & English communication skill.

Knowledge of any Service Desk / ticketing tool is desired.

Good knowledge of MS office, excel.
