Your Role:-
As the Sales Manager for Kerala, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives and building a strong client base. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to not only manage the sales pipeline but also actively engage in prospecting and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass sales goals in the Kerala region.Lead the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing complex deals.
- Actively prospect for new clients and build a robust network of key decision-makers.
- Showcase the value of our ERP, cloud, and security services through compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for clients.
- Collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
Who We're Looking For
Experience:Bachelor degree with 2-7 years of experience indirect Enterprise, Small and Medium corporate customer sales.
Expertise:A strong understanding of ERP solutions (especiallyD365, Odoo, or Zoho), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), andcybersecurity servicesis highly desirable.
- Skillset:A proven self-starter and a go-getter with a history of significant sales achievements.
- Communication:Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Local Knowledge:Strong existing customer and software license dealer network and deep knowledge of the business landscape in Kerala.
- Languages:Fluency in both Malayalam and English is a must.
