Role Description This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role based in Naharlagun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding individual client needs, and promoting suitable life insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, explaining product offerings, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting follow-ups, handling client queries, and coordinating with teams for effective service delivery. Qualifications - Skills in Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Customer Service - Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to achieve targets and close deals - Effective Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills - Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions - Good organizational and problem-solving skills for ensuring smooth operations - Previous experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
