Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Naharlagun. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing business strategies, training and motivating staff, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Experience in the insurance industry with a good track record is a must
