Description

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates to join our HR Recruitment team as interns. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop your skills in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent
- Provide support in preparing job descriptions and postings
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
