About Aviara Labs
Aviara Labs is an AI-driven innovation lab building cutting-edge automation, AI agents, and workflow solutions for global clients. We are scaling fast and seeking a proactive HR Associate to lead recruitment and HR operations.
Role Overview
You will manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and HR processes for our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can own the HR function independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records
Drive employee engagement and assist in policy implementation
Support management with workforce planning and HR reports
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 6 months of recruitment/HR experience (startup experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
