To scale this mission, we’re hiring for the Founder’s Office – Business Strategy & Operations role — a high-impact position where you’ll operate as the Founder’s strategic shadow, helping drive growth, structure, and execution. This isn’t a fixed function role. It’s strategy + execution + systems building + chaos management + growth ops all rolled into one.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- 📈 Drive new growth: identify, design, and launch new departments, business lines, and 0→1 projects.
- 📊 Conduct market research & analysis to fuel expansion opportunities.
- ⚙️ Build scalable systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks to reduce bottlenecks.
- 🤖 Improve efficiency by 30–50%+ through automation and process design.
- 📝 Act as the right hand of the Founder in meetings, decisions, and communications.
- ✅ Track actionables, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-through with near-zero misses.
- 🛠️ Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People.
- ⏱️ Ensure 90%+ on-time project delivery with clear accountability.
- 🤝 Handle sensitive situations with discretion and maturity.
- 🌟 Strengthen GAJAB’s reputation & PR by representing the company professionally.

✅ You’re a Fit If You…

- Have 6-8 years in Consulting / Strategy / Startup Ops / Program or Project Management.
- Are a problem-solver first, not just an instruction-follower.
- Excel at bringing structure out of chaos.
- Have strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets a must; SQL/automation a plus).
- Communicate like a leader — sharp, clear, and concise.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Are comfortable taking ownership in urgent or sensitive cases.
