To scale this mission, we’re hiring for the Founder’s Office – Business Strategy & Operations role — a high-impact position where you’ll operate as the Founder’s strategic shadow, helping drive growth, structure, and execution. This isn’t a fixed function role. It’s strategy + execution + systems building + chaos management + growth ops all rolled into one.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 📈 Drive new growth: identify, design, and launch new departments, business lines, and 0→1 projects.
  • 📊 Conduct market research & analysis to fuel expansion opportunities.
  • ⚙️ Build scalable systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks to reduce bottlenecks.
  • 🤖 Improve efficiency by 30–50%+ through automation and process design.
  • 📝 Act as the right hand of the Founder in meetings, decisions, and communications.
  • ✅ Track actionables, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-through with near-zero misses.
  • 🛠️ Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People.
  • ⏱️ Ensure 90%+ on-time project delivery with clear accountability.
  • 🤝 Handle sensitive situations with discretion and maturity.
  • 🌟 Strengthen GAJAB’s reputation & PR by representing the company professionally.


✅ You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 6-8 years in Consulting / Strategy / Startup Ops / Program or Project Management.
  • Are a problem-solver first, not just an instruction-follower.
  • Excel at bringing structure out of chaos.
  • Have strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets a must; SQL/automation a plus).
  • Communicate like a leader — sharp, clear, and concise.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Are comfortable taking ownership in urgent or sensitive cases.
