The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical product sales and a proven ability to manage territories, build customer relationships, and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow sales for assigned territory within Bhubaneswar and surrounding regions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and key stakeholders. - Drive secondary and primary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Plan and execute fieldwork, promotional activities, and brand visibility initiatives. - Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies. - Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management. - Conduct regular market audits and submit sales reports as required. - Train, motivate, and support field staff (if applicable). Required Skills & Qualifications: - 24 years of experience in pharma product sales (must have field-selling experience). - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Odisha. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Graduate in any discipline; a background in life sciences/pharmacy is an advantage. - Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
