FinnPower India is a manufacturer of high-quality machines from Finland. Our product range includes crimping machines, cutting machines, skiving machines, and expansion machines.
JRE is one of the largest suppliers of flexible hoses in India to the oil & gas, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
Under the same company, we will also be looking into trading of specialised hoses, hose cleaning machines and safety couplings.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager located in Mumbai (No other location) . The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing business development, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability. The Business Head will also be responsible for managing budgets, implementing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Salary will be CTC around Rs. 50,000/- per month + Incentives.

Qualifications
Experience in business development, client relationship management
Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, particularly related to crimping, cutting, skiving, and expansion machines, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
MBA or Engineer advanced degree is a plus
