About The Role As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead various customer programs across Azure. We will count on you to provide services with availability and scale targets. Along the way, you will get to: - Strategic Leadership: - Drive end-to-end program ownership, from planning and strategy to execution and delivery, for complex Azure services. - Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Azure and associated services, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and customer's business objectives. - Inform and strategize with the client on new features, enhancements, and digital transformation opportunities. - Suggest and drive initiatives to digitally transform existing business processes, leveraging Azure and AI use cases for measurable business benefits. - Operational Excellence: - Oversee operational support activities, including monitoring, alerting, issue remediation, and cost management across infrastructure, networking, security, OS, database, and M365 environments. - Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing action plans when targets are not met. - Coordinate with dedicated consultants and architects to deliver high-quality, timely support and continuous service improvement. - Technical leadership: - Shape product strategy, influence architecture decisions, and provide technical expertise to overcome challenges and manage risks. - Prepare and deliver high quality executive reviews around complex technical and business context and derive actionable insights. - Lead a dedicated technical team, including Azure, DBA, Windows, and M365 architects, ensuring all resources are focused exclusively on the client account. - Manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team meets project timelines and deliverables. - Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. - Stakeholder communication: - Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to identify scenarios, validate priorities, and ensure solutions meet real world needs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions, backlog management, and roadmap alignment. - Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership. - Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. - Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in engineering and technical program management - 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects - 8+ years of experience with Azure (Compute, App Services, Functions, Containers, Databases, AI/ML, Analytics, Developer Tools, Migration, Platform Services) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience in managing technical roadmaps, project delivery, and identifying dependencies and risks. - Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools like Agile/Scrum and tools such asAzure DevOps What You Can Expect We're legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
