It is also responsible for Assembly support, Localization and Part level configuration for International locationsINTERACTION WITH STAKEHOLDERS InternalExternalDirectExport BU>OperationsDealershipIndirectJOB REQUIREMENTS Educational QualificationsEssential: B.Tech|| Mechnical, Automotive, ElectricalPreferred Institution: Any Premier InsituteDesired Qualification: Engg- Mechinical, Automotive, Electrical, Electronics & computer science||Electronics & Communication Engineering ||Work ExpMin: 3Max:10KEY COMPETENCIES Technical/Functional 1. Sound understanding of Data Analytics 2. Understanding Marketing process3. Understanding of Sales Process4. Creative thinking ability5. Analytical Skills6. Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly.The ideal candidate would have plant experience in an automotive OEM working in one of the following departments: Manufacturing Engineering, Component Development or Projects Behavioural EX- ACT - Continuously raise the bar; Ensure results with speed; Meet customer expectations5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Track Part level supplies and configuration changes2. Drive Assembly support3. Drive Localization4. Assist the Regional Sales team and the distributor team by playing a key role in Start of the production at a New plant in an International location 5. Drive and track key parameters such as Productivitiy improvement, Output/ Man improvement , Electricity reduction, TPM Facilities and Facilitator program completion6. IRU Chronic issue closure and update to senior leadership team7. Interact with government bodies such as Customs office in Mumbai8. Work closely with EBU Business partners, BAL suppliers, Internal stakeholders for timely dispatch of Assembly Facilities 9. Prepare for upscale / virtual presence by focusing on Virtual training and conference 10. Prepare SOP, ebooks, Ready reckoner for I&C in case of virtual mode of working
