Assembly Setup at Distributor2. Prepare techno-commercial proposal  and feasibility report3. Equipment Planning, DAP, I&C4. Process Planning, Layout design, Line Balancing5. Quality system planning & deployment6. Interface & alignment with country team/ distributor7. Logistics Design Support8. Provides technical support for part packing design, stuffing planning & container layout design for SKD, CKD, Part Level supply configurations to export models for new models/variant9. Liaison with plant in designing, optimization & execution of packaging & container layout designing.10. Continuously benchmark new trends /industry practices/competition on load ability & packaging design improvement, packaging material Improvement & cost reduction11. Localization & Value addition in country specific (Projects) a. Execution of the localization Projects based on country Requirements. b. Supplier selection, Parts development c. Parts approval from R&D, CQA d.Quality Sustenance of localize parts12. Establish systems / policies / guidelines for maintaining Process quality of Products (Assembly) a. Process alignment to BAL standards b. AQL sign-off c. Training & standards setting d. Plant & process evaluation e. IRU management f. TPM @ overseas assembly facility13. Monitor TPM progress and KPI's
