Job Description Experience: 34 years Location: Remote Shift Timing: 4pm 1am About The Role We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Web Analytics Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), along with expertise in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills in English, and be passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support business growth. Key Responsibilities - Implement and manage tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables, custom events). - Configure and maintain GA4 properties, event structures, conversions, and audience definitions. - Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior, website performance, and marketing campaign outcomes. - Build automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI. - Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues, data discrepancies, and reporting gaps. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define measurement frameworks. - Conduct A/B testing and support CRO initiatives with proper tracking. - Maintain documentation for tagging frameworks, analytics setup, and data pipelines. Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience with GTM and Google Analytics 4. - Strong understanding of event-based analytics, attribution, and data governance. - Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for GTM implementations). - Excellent communication skills in Englishboth written and verbal. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Ability to translate data into insights and clear business recommendations. Good to Have - Experience with Heap Analytics. - Experience with BigQuery, server-side tagging, or mobile app analytics (Firebase). - Understanding of CRM, CDP, or attribution tools. - Knowledge of SEO/SEM metrics and digital marketing KPIs.
