Job Description Job Title Assistant Manager - Soft Services Job Description Summary The Assistant Manager Soft Services is responsible for supervising and managing all soft services within the facility, including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and front-of-house services. This role ensures service quality, compliance, and operational excellence while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Job Description About the role: - Oversee daily soft services operations (housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping, waste management, faade cleaning, etc.). - Ensure service delivery meets SLA/KPI standards and company policies. - Manage roster planning, manpower deployment, and shift scheduling. - Coordinate and supervise outsourced staff and vendors. - Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication with teams. - Act as the first point of contact for client concerns related to soft services. - Prepare daily/weekly reports and present performance updates to management/client. - Assist in budget planning for soft services operations. About You - Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field preferred). - 36 years of experience in soft services or facility management. - Experience managing large commercial, residential, or institutional facilities is a plus.
