About the Role As an HR Sales Business Partner, you act as a bridge between us and hiring teams in your network. Your primary responsibility is to: ✔ Refer companies that have C2C / C2H / Contract hiring requirements ✔ Facilitate an introduction or forward the requirement to our team ✔ Earn high commissions on every successful closure ✔No pressure. ✔No targets. ✔only by leveraging your HR network and influence.
