Strategic Human Resources LeaderThis is a high-level leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, encompassing recruitment, talent management, policy development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.Main Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Promote a positive work culture and foster an inclusive environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.Manage the full lifecycle of employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.Design and administer compensation and benefits packages that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support.Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role or equivalent.Proven track record of success in leading HR initiatives, improving employee engagement, and driving business results.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Able to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex organizational dynamics.Mastery of HR technology and tools, including HRMS and payroll systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and develop insights.
