Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary The B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and closing direct consumer leads for diagnostic services e g lab tests health packages home sample collections etc The role involves field visits lead generation customer engagement and conversion to achieve individual sales targets Key Responsibilities Identify and convert B2C leads through various channels - field visits health camps local promotions digital referrals and outbound calling Promote diagnostic tests wellness packages and home collection services directly to customers Conduct door-to-door marketing and participate in society association tie-ups and medical camps Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Educate customers on test relevance sample collection process and report turnaround time Follow up with potential leads and close sales effectively Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery sample collection reporting etc Maintain accurate records of daily visits leads and conversions Meet daily weekly and monthly sales targets Key Requirements Graduate in any discipline preferably science life sciences background Minimum 1 year of experience in direct B2C field sales Prior experience in diagnostics healthcare or wellness is a strong advantage Good communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven role Basic computer smartphone usage and CRM entry knowledge Language proficiency English and regional language Preferred Attributes Self-motivated and customer-oriented Energetic with a positive attitude Good understanding of diagnostic products and preventive health packages Compensation Benefits Fixed salary attractive incentive structure Travel allowance Health benefits as per company policy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 450 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
